Tackling health inequalities in London East

So far, £8.5 million has been raised through The Health Lottery in London East.

Thanks to this money, 272 local projects have been funded by People’s Health Trust since 2011.

Health Lottery London East raises money to help reduce health inequalities across its area. It does this by promoting its own Lottery and working collaboratively with independent charity, People's Health Trust, to develop local interventions.

We donate the good causes funds we raise to People's Health Trust, who invest these in communities wishing to make their neighbourhoods even better places to grow, live, work and age.

Thanks to money raised so far, projects such as Empowering Deaf Society (EDS), Lewisham Speaking Up and Take Off in Canterbury have all received much-needed support.

Health Lottery London East has its draws on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday throughout July. Click here to play The Health Lottery.
